B.B.R.I.T.E.
Welcome to B.B.R.I.T.E., a division of The Bounce Back Foundation, a dedicated organization committed to championing mental health and well-being for all. Our foundation was born from a shared vision of creating a world where mental health is prioritized, stigma is erased, and support is accessible to every individual. We firmly believe that mental health is an integral part of overall wellness, and it deserves the same attention as physical health. Our passionate team of mental health advocates, professionals, and volunteers work tirelessly to raise awareness, provide resources, and foster a community of understanding and empathy.
Programs
Our mission is simple yet powerful – to transform the way society views and addresses mental health. We strive to provide a safe haven for those seeking help, guidance, and understanding. Through counseling, education, advocacy, and support, we aim to break down the barriers that prevent individuals from seeking treatment and sharing their stories.
Bridging The Gap Project
The Bridging The Gap Project offers a safe haven for individuals and families in low-income communities. With a dedicated team of skilled and caring therapists in training, this project strives to empower individuals to navigate their inner landscapes, fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being. The nonprofit counseling project not only focuses on cutting edge evidence based approaches but also strengthens the fabric of our society.
Brighter Days Project
The Brighter Days Project offers community based counseling services to individuals and families who have access and resources to counseling yet lack the time in their schedule to take advantage of them. Our dedicated team of therapist in training are conveniently located in schools, religious buildings, and community centers throughout the greater Houston area.
Internship Project
A counseling internship is a valuable opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in counseling or psychotherapy to gain practical experience, refine their skills, and apply the theoretical knowledge they've acquired in a real-world setting. At B.B.R.I.T.E. we partner exclusively with local colleges and universities to offer counseling internships in various settings, such as schools, mental health clinics, private practices, and community organizations. We encourage our interns to explore their passion in different settings.
